(1) Multi-form Terminals for Full Conference Scenarios
The solution provides flexible deployment through three types of voting terminals.

The wired voting system, based on the GONSIN 10000N platform, is available in desktop and embedded formats and supports power HUB expansion, making it suitable for ultra-large conferences. The wireless voting system adopts dedicated wireless communication technology, with desktop and handheld options, eliminating the need for cabling and making it ideal for temporary or mobile venues. The paperless voting terminal integrates agenda review, document display, and voting functions, enabling an all-in-one conference workflow.

(2) Multiple Contingency Safeguard Mechanisms
A comprehensive set of safeguards ensures stable operation throughout the voting process.

Redundant deployment of core servers and control software enables automatic and seamless failover. Voting devices adopt a dual MCU design with independent dual-link transmission, ensuring that a single link failure does not affect voting. In addition, faulty terminals can be replaced online without impacting submitted data, allowing rapid system recovery.

(3) Cross-regional Multi-venue Voting Collaboration
The solution enables efficient collaboration across multiple locations.

Through the Smart Conference Platform, multiple venues can be centrally managed, with real-time synchronization of agendas, processes, and results. Cloud-based aggregation supports both public and private cloud deployment, allowing centralized cross-regional statistics and automatic generation of unified voting reports.

(4) End-to-end Data Security Protection and Verification
A comprehensive security framework ensures data integrity and confidentiality throughout the entire process.

The system complies with National Cybersecurity Level Protection (Level 2) standards and supports intrusion detection, behavior analysis, and audit traceability. AES-256 encryption is applied across terminals, servers, and the cloud to ensure secure data transmission. Core technologies are independently developed and supported by patents and software copyrights, eliminating third-party risks. In addition, proprietary full-process checksum and bidirectional verification technologies ensure precise and reliable data validation.
